Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Hello,
I am looking for ambitious virtual assistant for real estate in Dubai.
One of the main goal will be to prospect and make real estate listings as well as follow up with the clients and database management.
My offer is around 3usd per completed listings and and 10 clients full follow up.
Target will be 200 listings and 1,500 clients follow up per month.
I would provide a cloud number so you could call from app from anywhere. Also i will provide of the owners contact details for listings and database for clients follow up. Listing will be acquired through Email Blast, What's app Blast and Calls. I have also system for email blast and what's app blast.
Beside that, once the deal is closed from the listing or client follow up i offer up to 300usd of commission from each deal. Also it will be quarterly rewards and further incentives. Looking for reliable person for long term cooperation. Basically you could earn above 1,000 usd per month by just working actively 10 hours per week probably.
Time zone will be Dubai from 10am till 8pm. From Sunday till Friday.
