Real Estate VA & Sales

i need someone that can:

-Research skills
-Learn various of project management programs quickly
-Strong English Verbal and Written skills
-Organized
-Sales Experience

Pay: Base pay is 300/m - long term
commission starts small but grows overtime if you meet quota.

Overview:
i need someone who can manage my current real estate properties, communicate with various point of contacts to achieve the objective. you will need to call, email, and text often and daily.

You will also need to look for properties to purchase, then do research to ensure the properties are not traps.

you will be doing the following:
-Tax Deeds
-Tax Liens
-Rental properties

you will get commission for your Tax deed properties.

Hours are 8 hours a day Monday - Friday
you'll be on call for urgent matters that don't come up often.
