Real Estate Appointment Setter

I am a real estate business owner with a focus on residential properties. My target market is renters, and I need assistance with setting up appointments on an ongoing basis. I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help me source potential clients and set up 50 leads a week. The candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. I need someone who can reply asap to all messages, answer all questions clients have and book appointments immediately. Need someone who follows direction well. Looking to hire and keep good candidates on for long term 5-10 years.
