Property Manager Recruiter Needed

I am in need of a skilled recruiter who can help me source and screen qualified property managers. The selected candidate will also manage the entire interview process. This role will require close collaboration with hiring managers to identify top talent in the property management field and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified property managers using a variety of methods including job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience and qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and track interview progress.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
