Property Manager Needed
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more residential or commercial properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing leasing and maintenance activities, and achieving financial performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned property(ies), including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution
Oversee leasing processes, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs, renovations, or preventative maintenance as needed
Prepare and manage property budgets, control operating expenses, and report on financial performance
Enforce lease terms and community policies, including handling violations and evictions when necessary
Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financials
Supervise on-site staff such as leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and cleaners
