Pre-Employment Vetting Project, Osaka – Japan -- 2

Job ID: 40342776

Budget: $10 – $60 USD

For an upcoming hire I must prove that the candidate’s stated schooling is genuine. Your task is focused solely on education verification—no criminal, reference, or broader background work is required.

Here is how I see the assignment unfolding:
• Contact the registrars or relevant offices of the stated institution(s) in Osaka (the exact school name and signed consent form will be provided once we start).
• Confirm the authenticity of the qualification, dates of attendance, and graduation status directly with the school, following their preferred procedure (fax, email, sealed letter, or in-person visit if needed).
• Collect any official confirmation letter or stamped form they issue and scan it in colour.
• Record the verification details in a short report that states the source, date, name of the confirming officer, and outcome (verified / not verified / further action required).

The information must be delivered within three business days of receiving the candidate’s documents. Accuracy and discretion are critical; all data should comply with local privacy requirements in Japan. Fluency in Japanese is essential so the registrar’s office can be approached smoothly, but the final report can be in either English or Japanese.

If you are already familiar with Osaka’s university and high-school administration procedures, your insight will speed things up. Let me know your availability and estimated turnaround for each credential once you have the paperwork in hand.
