I need a reliable partner on the ground in Sulaymaniyah to verify a candidate’s past employment. The task is limited to employment history verification only—no criminal, education, or other checks are required.
Here is what the assignment involves:
• Contact each employer the candidate lists, confirm the job title and actual dates worked, and check whether those dates match the résumé provided to me.
• Collect any publicly sharable proof (company-stamped letters, email confirmations, HR screen captures) and compile them into a brief report in English.
• If a company no longer exists, note your attempts to trace a former supervisor or HR representative and summarise the outcome.
You are free to use phone calls, email, or in-person visits as local practice dictates. Because the candidate worked in Sulaymaniyah, fluency in Kurdish or Arabic will help you get quick, transparent answers.
Deliverable
1. A short written report for each employer verified, listing: company name, contact person, phone/email, confirmed position, start date, end date, and any discrepancies.
