PowerPoint & Word VA Needed

I need an experienced MS Office virtual assistant who can jump in right away. The first priority is a set of business-oriented PowerPoint decks. Each deck must feel board-room ready, blending clean custom templates with on-brand colours, well-designed charts and graphs, and smooth yet professional animations and transitions. Source data for the charts will be supplied in Excel, so you just focus on turning the numbers into clear visual stories.

Alongside the slides, I have several Word documents that need consistent styling—headings, tables, page layout, and overall polish—so everything matches the look of the new presentations. I’m on Office 365, so you’ll be working inside the latest versions of PowerPoint and Word.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
