Phone Interview Specialist for Candidate Shortlisting
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I'm seeking a freelancer to conduct phone interviews for shortlisting job candidates. We are looking for Feelancer only from India. This is local within country call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate candidates based on their resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess their suitability for the role.
- Shortlist candidates for further consideration by our internal HR team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in conducting phone interviews.
- Strong understanding of candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HR background would be a plus.
