Australasian Sports Floors and Pacific Seating (AUS) are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive virtual assistant based in the Philippines to assist with market research and outreach efforts. Our companies specialise in the supply and installation of sprung wooden floor systems and spectator seating systems. We typically work with architects, project specifiers, or directly with clients, involved in the construction of educational institutions, international schools, universities, and community sports facilities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Conduct research to identify existing companies in the Philippines that are involved in the supply of sprung wooden floor systems.
- Conduct research to identify existing companies in the Philippines that are involved in the supply and installation of sports seating systems.
- Reach out to these companies to ascertain their interest in representing or collaborating with us and our product lines.
- Collect contact details of interested companies and report findings back to our team.
Requirements:
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively engage potential distributors.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with the local sports market (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
