Personal / virtual assistant in Lisbon

I am looking for a personal assistant ( no need to work on site all the time) to help me on different tasks like administration tasks, payment tasks excel data entry sending post to my accountant , text and email writing, among some of the tasks . The assignment is for long term. Amount of hours can vary but to start with 6 and then later can be increased by projects and my businesses partners. looking forward to hearing from you soon.
