Personal assistant in calls

Greetings! We're in search of a Virtual Assistant to manage video calls with customers. We'll provide clear and comprehensive guidelines on the required tasks. Your task during the call will be to confirm that the customer follows the steps as requested, engage in discussions with them, and offer guidance. Upon completion of each call, we request that you prepare brief notes summarizing the conversation.

The project is a part-time position, with intermittent calls taking place once every one to two weeks, and we pay a set price for each call.
