I'm looking for a detail-oriented VA to help manage my personal job search on an ongoing basis.
What you'll do:
Each day I'll send you a list of job links. Your job is to open them, review the requirements, and organize everything into a shared tracking spreadsheet. You'll also pre-fill application drafts using my resume details, work history, and standard answers — I handle the final review and submission myself. If anything needs my direct input (unusual questions, technical issues), flag it clearly.
What I need from you:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic English proficiency
- Stable internet connection
- 5+ hours of availability per day
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or something like that is a plus
How it works:
The first 3 days of job links are already prepared so you can hit the ground running. Payment is processed weekly through the platform's secure milestone or hourly contract system.
