Personal Assistant Wanted
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for a super-organized and proactive virtual assistant to help me manage both my personal life and my growing influencer brand. You’ll be helping me stay on top of my wellness goals, travel plans, and daily schedule, while also supporting my brand’s presence on platforms like Amazon, Instagram, TikTok, and my blog. If you’re someone who loves variety, can keep things running smoothly, and enjoys helping an influencer brand grow, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Influencer Brand Support:
• Helping me manage my Amazon storefront and keep my website updated
• Scheduling and posting content for TikTok, Instagram, and my blog
• Assisting with email blasts and connecting with potential brand partners
• Engaging with followers and helping me grow my online presence
Personal Life Support:
• Keeping my health and wellness goals on track (help me stick to my routines!)
• Coordinating my travel plans, whether it’s for business or personal trips
• Organizing moving logistics (I’ll be relocating soon, so help with research and coordination will be key)
• Managing my daily calendar, appointments, and tasks to keep everything running smoothly
Professional Life Support:
• Helping me stay on top of my LinkedIn, including managing posts and engagement
• Assisting with some general admin tasks related to my professional life and goals
What I’m Looking For:
• Experience with social media (especially Instagram, TikTok) and website management (WordPress knowledge is a bonus)
• Experience with email marketing platforms (like MailChimp or similar)
• Someone who’s super organized, can communicate clearly, and is reliable
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and Amazon storefronts is a plus
• Ability to manage schedules and travel arrangements effortlessly
• Ideally available during EST hours, but flexible
