Personal Assistant Needed for Monthly Podcast -- 2
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Hello! Want to work for a small (but mighty) team, producing a bi-monthly podcast called Kindred? Every week we interview scientists, journalists, and animal advocates as we explore our human connection to animals and nature.
Kindred is created by Kate Coffin and cohosted with her sister, Jenn. It is produced by Kat Gatti (this is who you'll be working with the most). Kate is based in Philadelphia and Kat is based in the U.K. Kat is going on maternity leave (2 months). You'd help cover Kat but also helping with the increased workload we've been experiencing over the last six months.
Here are some of the tasks we need help with:
- Adding show notes to our Shopify site
- Uploading content and maintaining Instagram and Twitter
- Helping with scheduling guest interviews
- Uploading episode sound file onto Anchor (podcast directory)
- Attend weekly catchup meetings via Zoom/ Facetime
- Must be self-motivated, good communicator with attention to detail
- Around 3 hours a week
- Love for nature and animals would be awesome but not necessary
