Part-time Spanish speaking Virtual assistant needed

If you find me the house I end up moving into, there's a $25 BONUS for You on top of your hours. My budget is $3-5/hr.

This is a part time job 1-5 hours per week for an intelligent Spanish speaking VA who is reliable, a quick thinker, can follow simple instructions, and doesn't give me attitude. I'm the client not you.

You can still look for a f/t job, but if you plan to quit after that, don't bother applying.

Most calls need to be made during the day (30-60 minutes) US CST.

For the right person you can be anywhere worldwide so long as you are fluent in Spanish and Ingles and are good at online research. I will provide you with a way to call companies.

I live in Mexico now, but don't speak fluent Spanish. I use google translate when I communicate with them on WA.

I am low income because I work for free to help save Humanity with my non profit, so no rich gringa here. I'm fighting for you too, did you know that? So, I really need you to have my back for this position.

You must understand verbal and written fluent English and be able to type out English at least a 7 out of 10.

I do complain about how bad workers and businesses are here, so if you are going to have a problem with that and think I don't have the right to complain due to all of the terrible disrespect here in Mexico, then don't apply. Saying that, I love the nice Mexicans, they really warm my heart.

How people and companies just ignore me on WhatsApp when I'm trying to ask questions or I ask a question and they can't even answer simple questions.

Or I get scammed by slum landlords.

I have literally had to spend sometimes 2-4 hours trying to get a cocina economica or restaurant to deliver me food. I've gone hungry often in Mexico, and this wastes my time when I could be fighting in the war. I just want FOOD, how hard is that???

Most landlords are terrible here. They actually expect you to fix their house for them, or the odd one wants you to put in the kitchen cupboards, drawers and counter which is like, what, $3-4,000 USD??? jaja. SHOCKING. You are renting, it's NOT your house, & you have to fix THEIR house for them.

Yes, I am very direct, but also kind hearted. I need a great freelancer or even just a nice person, but I need results, not just a nice person.

I don't play games or pretend, so if you can't handle straight forward people who don't lie, then this job isn't for you.

You should be well versed with posting & researching on Facebook to find rental groups and and also know how to search on Marketplace.

I prefer you have a computer and not just use your cell phone which takes a lot longer and isn't efficient.

Please provide me with your work experience as it relates to the research and calling tasks I mentioned.
