Title: Experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant Needed to Manage E-commerce Stores/Websites
Tasks include but are not limited to: Product Research, Niche Research, Product uploading. Order Fulfillment, Customer Service Email/Live Chat, Dropshipping tasks, Website management, Business management
- Product listing: The freelancer will be responsible for accurately and efficiently listing products on our e-commerce platform.
- Inventory management: The freelancer will ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and accurate, including managing stock levels and updating product availability.
- Customer support and order processing: The freelancer will assist with customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and process orders in a timely manner.
- Marketing and social media management: The freelancer will handle social media accounts, create engaging content, and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Hours per week: 10-20 hours

Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in e-commerce/dropshipping, preferably in product listing and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in order processing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools.
