Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Marketing Agency
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
Here's a tight VA job posting for Freelancer — stripped of fluff, clear on deliverables, and priced right for the role:
Virtual Assistant — Home Services Agency (Remote, Part-Time)
About the role:
We're a performance marketing agency scaling fast. You'll be the operational backbone for our founder during a high-growth phase — inbox triage, lead routing, SmartLead management, and calendar coordination. This is a 20–25 hrs/week role with async-first workflows and clear daily tasks.
What you'll do:
Inbox & comms: Triage incoming leads, client emails, and partnership inquiries. Flag hot prospects (responses less than 4 hours). Route to sales/delivery team.
SmartLead workflows: Monitor cold email sequences, log replies, categorize outcomes (interested, not qualified, follow-up needed), move warm leads to Speed Dialer queue.
Lead admin: Update Airtable (two-way sync with Speed Dialer), log call outcomes, maintain lead scoring and funnel tracking.
Calendar & scheduling: Block founder's calendar around calls/deliverables, schedule client meetings, coordinate timezone calls (UK to US East Coast).
Weekly reporting: Compile scoreboard data (dials, connects, pitches, bookings) into a CSV every Friday. Summarize the week in a Slack message or Loom.
Requirements:
Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with CRMs and spreadsheets.
Timezone: flexible (we're UK-based, but async is primary).
Experience with Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus (we'll train).
Available to start 30 July 2026.
Compensation:
600-900 GBP per month depending on experience. Potential for growth as role expands.
How to apply:
Reply with: (1) your timezone, (2) one example of how you've organized a chaotic inbox or lead pipeline, (3) availability to start 30 July. We're hiring fast and will move quickly.
