Operate Tidio chat during offline hours for New Zealand company and make bots. -- 2

ONGOING JOB- Antipodes Audio https://antipodes.audio/ are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has great grammar skills, a history of customer service online and excellent knowledge on how Tidio chat works. Many of our customers are over seas and need support when we are sleeping. Currently I am setting up chat bots in Tidio to assist customers first with the option to talk to an operator, leave their email address, or book an appointment with our specialists. We are looking for someone that is interested in learning a about our product, website and can redirect the customer to us if unable to help with more serious issues. Additionally, help setting up chat bots in the near future.
