(Ph Only) Hiring VAs for Instagram Outreach and appointment setting for SMMA
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for Virtual Assistant(s) to help me with cold Instagram outreach and appointment setting for my Social Media Marketing Agency. The goal of the outreach is to generate leads for my agency. I am seeking entry-level VAs with basic knowledge of social media platforms and some customer service experience. The target audience for the outreach is local businesses.
Ideal candidates should have good English communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision once trained. Experience with Instagram outreach and lead generation is a plus.
How this will work:
- I will conduct a short interview over text and then Google Meets to determine if you will be a good fit.
- I will walk you through our system, explain our values and mission, and train you on how to conduct the outreach.
- You will begin on a 1 week bootcamp training period (I will pay for this). If KPIs are met and quality of work is good then we can proceed to fulltime.
- There will be many opportunities for salary raises and promotions. I am looking to build a small team of VAs so you may be promoted to Supervisor with higher pay if you perform well.
MAIN IMPORTANT TRAITS:
- It is not compulsory to have experience in this role, I will train you and we will learn together.
- The main thing is that you show ENTHUSIASM, DETERMINATION, and a desire to LEARN.
