Ongoing Virtual Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hi there! We're a husband and wife team with 5 short term rental/airbnb+VRBO properties that's growing to 9-10 properties by the end of the year. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities will include :
* Guest communications
* Managing bookings and revenue optimization
* System integrations and SEO optimizations (change pricing, photos, etc.) using back end software
* If you know how to use Hostaway, that’s a plus! Can always be taught and learned
Booking out properties with quality guests who are looking for a great experience is what we strive to do. In addition to a set salary, this job can be heavily incentivized off booking percentages and revenue metrics.
Hours :
Wednesday - Sunday , 5 hours per day
11AM-4PM PST
