Ongoing Virtual Assistant:
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I am looking for a highly competent VA. Activities will include:
- Routine operational data entry for technology business
- Handling basic customer email communications
- Preparation of report templates
- Preparation and editing of communication
- Handling of expense tracking / accounts
- Preparation of weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Experience with the Microsoft Office package is important and strong familiarity with Excel is critical
- You will need to have a good quality internet connection.
The majority of our team work in East Coast Australia so would prefer someone with a relatively matched time-zone UTC+12 to UTC +8.
Excellent spoken and written english is required. Must be sufficient for submission at business quality communication without review by others.
Additional skills that would be valuable but not critical:
- Experience in graphic design
Payment will be via timesheeting on an hourly rates basis. We anticipate in the order of 10 hours per week of work initially, with an expectation that this will increase.
