Need a virtual assistant who can assist me for a business

I am looking to hire a permanent virtual assistant to help me manage my business operations. This position will predominantly focus on social media management, but may include additional tasks, depending on the candidate's skills and experience. Specifically, I'm looking for someone with knowledge, skill, and understanding of the people network.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of the various social media platforms. The successful candidate should be an expert in making the most out of various social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. They should also be knowledgeable about data mining, research and analytics, to help with decision-making, trend spotting, and targeted positioning of products, services, and messages on social media. This position also requires efficient organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be tasked with creating engaging, creative, and shareable content, as well as monitoring, moderating, and responding to online comments and conversations. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing support, feedback, and guidance to other team members in the organization, as well as staying abreast of industry news to ensure our brand presence is up-to-date.
