Need a US native for help with Google Adwords

My business (online classes / education) is located in Europe (France) but we sell mainly in the US.
In order to be able to advertise online in the US, we need a US citizen to be verified by Google for us, as a freelancer or an employee.
Basically, I just need to hire a US citizen to do this verification process for us.
