Looking for a VA to help our company close Real Estate deals. Very simple process. You will be calling US homeowners. English must be very good.
Here is what we need:
1. Contact warm leads via phone
2. Discuss details about the property and build rapport with the seller.
3. Negotiate price based on numbers & information we provide
Script and Phone System will be provided. We need someone charismatic and great at building rapport with people over the phone. This is huge.
THIS IS NOT A PER-HOUR POSITION. WE NEED A PER-CALL PRICE FROM YOU. Each call will last about 2-5 minutes.
This position also comes with a commission. For every deal we close & complete, we pay $550 - $2500, depending on the transaction size.
