Need a Virtual Assistant

I want this VA to work as my personal assistant, taking in calls and directing the clients to the relevant pages and other things that may arise as the business grows. So someone who is flexible, thinks on their feet, works hard and thinks out of the box while bringing new ideas. etc.

I would like the VA to nurture leads for me, and if possible, work on finding leads as well who fit the demographic. I would also like the VA to work on facebook page and Instagram so as to find leads and talk to people who will ask questions there. I would like the VA to set up tiktok in order to find more leads. I would like the VA to do short videos showing how the products are used.
