Need Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a virtual assistant to help with some data entry and other general tasks for our business.
This should take about 1-2 hour per day and there are some various personal tasks, This is a long term relation.
Fluent English write/speak is very important and knowledge of software development would be bonus.
