Project Title: Female Native English Speaker Phone Representative - Customer Service

Overview:
I am looking for a female native English speaker to fill the role of a phone representative for customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional phone manner.

Main Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements:
- Must be a native English speaker with fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software

Working Hours:
The phone representative is expected to work 10-20 hours per week, providing flexibility for both the candidate and the company.
