Need Assistant for Periodic Property Checks & Notices [Scranton, PA]

Need an extra set of reliable hands for period visual checks of the property and posting of printed notices on designated bulletin boards and doors. Must be in the Scranton, PA area.
Here’s what the visit should cover:
• Video walk-through of common areas to confirm everything looks in order (lights on, no obvious hazards, hallways clear).
• Printing and posting of maintenance notices, and, when required, eviction notices that will be supplied electronically.
• Photos of each notice in place, plus a short note on any new issues noted.
- Meet with maintenance workers (emergencies only)
Acceptance criteria:
• All supplied notices posted as scheduled.
• Photos/Videos sent in real time
Need a smartphone camera and basic email. Need access to a printer or ability to go to a print store. Consistency, dependability, and clear communication.
