We are looking for a procurement and sourcing assistant to support multi-country product orders from Alibaba and related suppliers. The selected professional will organize all details into a single, verified Excel tracking sheet covering order quantities, variations, and shipment destinations.

*Scope of Work:*

Review supplier links and confirm all product specifications.

Record verified information in Excel, including:

Product name and clickable Alibaba link

Quantity, size, and color distribution by destination

Purchase price, within-China shipping, and total landed cost

Supplier notes or order remarks

Maintain a clean, accurate, and easy-to-navigate data sheet.

Present the final document in a format ready for management review.

*Ideal Skills:*

Experience in international product sourcing and supplier coordination.

Advanced Excel knowledge (linking, formulas, formatting).

Familiarity with global shipping and procurement processes.

High attention to accuracy and structured reporting.

*Preferred:*
Experience handling orders across Africa, the UK, and similar regions.
