As a Community Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with Pakistanis in your own community who require assistance with ID card and passport processing. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring our services reach those who need them.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and outreach within your local community to identify individuals who require ID card or passport processing services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by explaining the benefits and services offered by Pro Online NADRA Concerns.
Communicate effectively with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
Collaborate with our company to facilitate the processing of ID cards and passports for clients you refer.
Keep accurate records of your outreach efforts, client interactions, and successful referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach targets and commissions as set by the company.
Stay informed about the latest updates and requirements related to ID card and passport processing in Pakistan.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of the local community and the ability to identify potential clients.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet targets.
A genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
Prior experience in sales, community outreach, or similar roles is a plus.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based. You will earn commissions for successful referrals and completed ID card/passport processing jobs.
