Marketing and Design Agency Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are in search of a full time virtual assistant to help in the development and daily functions of our digital design agency. ** MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Duties would include:
Maintain a customer database
Send email follow ups and make sales calls
Social Media Management
Building relationships with clients; understanding their needs.
Working with graphic designers and web developers.
Maintain records and data for clients
Knowledge of Google My Business.
Work hours are flexible but MUST be able to respond to client inquiries within 30 minutes. Our clients are in the USA time zone.
