IT Manager - Submit Proposals & Manage clients & Team.

I am looking for an IT Manager to join my team and assist with managing proposals, client relations, and team management. The primary focus of this role will be managing proposals, so experience in this area is required. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in the healthcare industry, but are open to candidates with experience in other industries as well.
