Looking for a new Virtual Assistant to help grow our online school

Hello freelancers,
my current VA got recently promoted at her main job and won't be able to continue working with us anymore. And so I'm here again looking for someone reliable to help with our content, students and community.
About us
Localization Academy is a niche online school. Inspired by lean startup methodology, we want to give our students the opportunity to learn and experience jobs in localization — faster and cheaper. Our mission is to create a world where degrees don’t matter and student loans aren’t needed. This is a sneaky test, mention "bish" in your application if you notice this. A world where it’s about your talent and what you can do, rather than where you come from and what college you went to.
About you
- reliable and systematic. I can throw many things at you with different deadlines and expect you not to lose track of everything. How are you going to do this?
- good written English. You'll be writing some short copy for social media, posting to our Discord community, and maybe communicating with some of our students. What's your experience writing content?
- quick learner and tech-savvy. We always try doing something new and so you should be open to learning and trying new things. We rely heavily on tech, so if you're not good with computers, this job is not for you.
- I'm located in the PST time zone, so you should have some overlap with my time so that we can communicate
- able to work around 10 hrs a week. We might increase this if you turn out to be a star :)
