Looking for a Rockstar Personal Assistant & Accountability Partner

Hey there!
I'm Alex Mendoza, an entrepreneur living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My goal is to create a tech startup by the beginning of 2023 with the potential to reach a billion-dollar valuation. Right now I'm doing consultations and raising capital to accomplish such task.
I've grown my career from a freelancer to a business consultant, and I got to the point where in order to maximize my output, I need to be able to delegate some of my tasks to someone I can partner with.
My goal is to make this work, and also to provide you with as much value as you provide me, by helping you open doors to opportunities that could expedite your online career.
Now, this is the job:
We need a PA + Accountability Partner. Someone that can help us with personal tasks, and stay accountable to our weekly goals. We want to work this as a mini-enterprise where YOU are our project manager.
You need to be someone extremely organized, to the OCD level. You should have the ability to prioritize based on the level of importance, and have ownership over your own personal activities.
These are, from the top of our heads, some of the tasks we need help with:
-Invoicing
-Research and Book Appointments
-Weekly accountability meetings where you help us stay accountable
-Dinner/Hotel Reservations
-Flight Planning
-Tasks from voice notes
-Handle email correspondence that goes your way
Hey! No previous experience is required :)
Overtime, we'll give you tips and train you to become dangerous at what you do.
