Looking for a Facebook VA to answer guest queries
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hi,
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to answer guests through Facebook. 9/10 it's the same questions sent via Facebook and we'd like to be able to hand this over to someone. Answering Facebook comments may also be something we're interested in.
Email queries would also be something we'd be interested in outsourcing to a VA.
We can create a list of questions that may asked along with the suitable answers.
I would like discuss this further with someone and work out what the most suitable way forward would be. We'd be looking at having questions answers 8am - 10pm GMT, possibly look at extending those hours slightly. A team who has multiple people to be ready to answer would be good.
Currently we experience an average of 5-10 queries per week. Not many at all but this can become more on days when advertising is taking place.
