Long-term virtual assistant
Budget: $2 – $3 USD
We are looking for seasoned software developers but have no time to look for candidates and choose talented ones.
So we are hiring a virtual assistant who speaks Fluent English. If you are knowledgeable of web/mobile development, it would be a big plus, but no need to be an expert.
Ideally, you are in Phillippine or Pakistan but no problem where you are based as long as you can speak fluent English.
You must:
- be available at least 6 hours a day/30 hours a week
- speak fluent/bilingual English
- be available at least until 2 pm EST
What you do:
- Look for talented developers based on the provided instruction
- Talk with them in video/voice call to check their English and basic technical skills
- Record the result for each one in a document
If you look for excellent developers and they are hired by us after passing the technical interviews, $100 as a bonus for each one
