Long-Term, Part-Time, Smart Assistant For My Online Businesses

First, a little about me. I’m a successful online entrepreneur doing something so unique and cool, I may be the only person in the world doing it. I help Airbnb hosts make more money.
In fact, I’m the best in the world at Airbnb. I’ve written the best-selling book for Airbnb hosts and have a global community of Airbnb hosts who follow my advice.
I’m also a digital nomad. I have been living in Airbnbs for more than 2,000 nights.
I need help with various activities with my personal (dannybooboo) and professional (OptimizeMyAirbnb) brands.
Most importantly, I’m looking for a partner. A partner is someone who will help me run the business and will be compensated as such with part salary and part performance-based commission and bonuses.
I’m not looking for an employee. An employee is someone who wants to work 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, have a list of known, recurring and routine tasks to complete, and collect a consistent paycheck. There’s nothing wrong with this type of work, it’s just not what I’m offering at this time.
If you’re not an A-player I am difficult to work for. I’m neurotic about things being done one time and to a high level. I don’t like to be bothered a lot. And I like people who can get the job done without needing a lot of management.
I’m looking for one very long-term partner (5+ years) with the following attributes:
>Native or fluent in English
>Self-motivated (this is not a job where you will simply follow instructions)
>Very organized (I say something one time and I must have confidence that it’s being taken care of)
>Attention to detail
>Eager to learn (this is not an easy job. You will learn a LOT.)
The tasks I need help with are varied, but include:
>social media management
>help fulfilling online digital product orders
>engaging with the community on forums, facebook groups, etc.
>online detailed research
>customer/partner outreach
>website chat and email management
desire to learn and optimize business tools (I want you to manage and optimize the various business tools like website popups, etc.)
>light SEO work
>light website maintenance work

Because I am looking for a partner, this job will be 50% salary and 50% bonus. The bonus will come from the following areas:
>Salary is experienced based and will be between $500-$1000 for part-time work.
>Taking on 100% of fulfilling online digital orders (bonus $500-$1000 per month)
>Revenue share with online advertising (google adwords) (10-50% of additional sales)
>Full management of online platform where I also sell digital orders ($100-$300 per month)
>Earning backlinks ($50-$250 per backlink)
