As an employer, I need a diligent freelancer to conduct an extensive background check for potential recruits. The selected freelancer should be able to:

- Conduct a criminal record check with utmost discretion
- Confirm educational qualifications systematically
The preferred candidate should exhibit proven experience in processes involving pre-employment vetting or relevant roles in HR. High level understanding of Libyan laws relating to background checks will be an added advantage. The expectation is to have a thorough and reliable report for all levels of recruit assessment. Strict confidentiality is an absolute must for this role. Knowing Arabic language would be a plus as the work needs to be done in Benghazi, Libya.
