I need a proactive virtual assistant built in zapier who can keep an eye on every new lead that arrives through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and my website, then move each one smoothly through our intake process.
Your day-to-day work will be to:
• Respond or reach out within minutes of the enquiry, creating a warm first impression.
• Qualify the lead by judging its potential revenue opportunity—this is the key factor that decides how urgent the follow-up is.
• Log every detail (name, contact info, channel, notes, urgency level, next action) in a shared Google Sheet so I can see real-time progress.
• Secure a calendar slot for high-value prospects, sending them a confirmation link via Calendly (or Google Calendar if you prefer).
• Send me a brief end-of-day summary highlighting hot leads, booked calls, and anything that needs my direct attention.
You should already be comfortable with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and standard online calendar tools. Clear written English, quick typing, and an organised mindset are essential.
