Exciting opportunity to work with our fast growing business, We're looking for an ambitious virtual assistant to join our Outreach Team to help us reach out to potential customers, answer initial questions they have, and get them onto a booked call with our Sales team. No voice calls required. All chat. The ideal candidate has great written English, has experience doing outreach via social media in the past, and is experienced in setting up phone calls with potential customers. You'll be working directly with our Head of Outreach to learn our current processes and become a major part of the team.
Specific requirements we're looking for,
2+ yrs experience with appointment setting and outreach
Experience with scheduling apps
Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram messaging
High level written English and grammar
Experience with using VPNs
