As a Virtual Assistant, I'm seeking someone with basic conversational skills in Spanish and proficiency in English. Your role will mainly revolve around data entry, cold calling, and supporting me in my land development projects, particularly in Texas, United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Utilizing Google Sheets for data entry and analysis tasks.
- Cold Calling: Conducting calls to locate potential land for development.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings with potential land sellers would be a plus.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Conversational Spanish: Basic skills in Spanish are required as some of the tasks will involve communication with Spanish-speaking individuals.
- Data handling: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is beneficial.
