I am Home Care Agency owner seeking an experienced virtual assistant who can assist with processing claims and scheduling clients and caregivers on a weekly basis. I'm looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

To qualify for this project, you should have a solid understanding of how insurance claim processes work, especially in the area of settlement. Prior work on similar systems will be a clear advantage. We utilize Smartcare software.
