Instagram virtual assitant

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with my early business on self-development on Instagram to create content, and posts, grow my audience, help me with a strategy, etc.
My account shares motivational quotes, my self-development journey, and how to make dreams become reality.

job Qualifications:
-speaks and writes excellently in English
-Has already experience in Instagram for content creation and growing an audience
-Is good with designing posts (canvas, Pinterest, etc. )
-Knows how to turn followers into buyers
-loves Instagram and is up to date with the app and trends
-has followed different programs and courses about instagram growth

Job:
- start with 2 hours per week divided into different days and later on increase the number of hours
- + one online meeting of 30 min paid each week together to share ideas and feedback together and plan for the upcoming posts
