Instagram Setup & Upload Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable US-based Instagram assistant to help with a simple content operations task.
We will provide all videos, captions, profile images, bios, usernames, and posting schedule. You do not need to create content or strategy. Your role is to manually set up Instagram pages and upload the videos we share.
*Responsibilities*
Manually create and set up Instagram pages/accounts
Add profile image, bio, username, and category
Upload videos/Reels provided by us
Add captions and hashtags provided by us
Post during US hours based on our schedule
Send screenshots after uploads
Maintain a simple tracking sheet
Communicate if any account/upload issue comes up
*Requirements*
Must be physically based in the United States
Comfortable using Instagram and Reels
Able to upload manually from your own device
Detail-oriented and reliable
Available for light daily work, around 20–30 minutes/day
Good written English
No bots, fake followers, fake engagement, proxies, or automation
Nice to Have
College student or recent graduate
Experience managing Instagram/TikTok pages
Interest in marketing, ecommerce, AI, or social media
First Paid Trial
We’ll start with a small paid trial:
Set up 1 Instagram page
Upload 3 videos
Send screenshots after posting
Complete within 24 hours
If the trial goes well, we’ll expand to 12 pages and ongoing uploads.
