Instagram DM Management for Fitness Coach (Monthly Role – ₹5,000–₹6,000/month)

As an online fitness coach, I receive a high volume of DMs on Instagram daily. I'm looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant (VA) to help me manage my Instagram messages and improve client communication

Key Responsibilities:
-Responding to inquiries using pre-written scripts
-Scheduling consultation calls and appointments
-Managing client feedback
-Taking regular follow-ups
-Booking calls via Calendly or WhatsApp
-Ensuring quick responses to DMs (within 1–2 hours during working hours)

Tools & Resources Provided:
-DM Conversation Script
-Follow-Up Script
-Objection Handling Script
These scripts must be followed strictly to maintain brand consistency and tone

The Ideal Candidate Should:
-Have excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone
-Be organized and detail-oriented
-Be experienced in customer service, social media, or similar roles
-Be responsive and able to reply to messages quickly
-Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Have basic knowledge of Instagram (both mobile and desktop)
-Be familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, WhatsApp Web, and Calendly (preferred but not mandatory)

Payment & Duration:
-This is a long-term role
-Monthly budget: ₹5,000–₹6,000
-Payments will be made at the end of each month
-Please DO NOT apply if you're expecting ₹5,000 for one week

Working Hours & Availability:
-Remote (Work from Home)
-You should be available daily between 9 AM – 11 PM IST
-You don’t need to sit continuously, but must respond quickly to DMs (within 1–2 hours) during this time
-Total active work expected is approx. 2–4 hours per day, spread across the day
-Flexibility allowed, but timely replies are important for smooth communication
