Indonesian WhatsApp Community Partnership Outreach
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I run an online directory that serves the Indonesian market and I need help turning existing WhatsApp communities into long-term partners. Your main responsibility will be to approach group admins, open a friendly conversation, and secure an agreement that lets us list their group—or its services—inside the directory. I am specifically targeting partnerships, not generic sign-ups or one-off promotions.
Day to day you’ll identify relevant groups, introduce the directory, answer questions, and keep track of every touchpoint in a simple Google Sheet. All outreach will take place in Bahasa Indonesia, so native-level fluency is essential. English is still useful for internal notes and quick chats with me.
I’ll supply brand guidelines and a short pitch deck; you will adapt the tone to each admin, handle follow-ups, and flag any lead that looks promising so I can step in when needed. Outside of outreach, the “virtual assistant” portion of the role is light—mostly keeping the contact log organised and nudging me when a response is overdue.
