We are e-commerce company in EU with trendy products. We look for long term customer support/help desk person for part-time job.

Job descriptions:
Live chat/ online customer support - customer support, accepting orders
Facebook/Instagram - replying comments, accepting orders, inbox
Email support - Tickets - replying on customers emails, reclamations, orders..
Phone support - Calling regarding delivery, accepting orders by telephone.
Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly about progress

Requirements:
Working in the mornings
Fast computer skills
Word, Excell
English,
Own computer, Internet
