Hire a virtual assistant

I'm in need of a virtual assistant on a short-term basis. I do not currently have an assistant, so this would be a new position. The assistant's tasks would mostly include scheduling appointments, managing data, and conducting research. I'm looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and reliable, who can work diligently to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
