I need somebody to help research things on the internet and then follow up with phone calls to confirm information such as price quotes.
I will provide detailed instructions on who to call and what to research.
The work is ongoing - and you can be flexible with the hours - do them when convenient for you. But any phone calls will be to companies in Western USA so you should be able to make phone calls during business hours USA pacific time.
Applicant should have good phone etiquette and good listening skills and be able to keep detailed notes of who you called, when and the details of the conversation.
Applicant must be able to dial USA phone numbers and have a good call quality.
Preference given to applicants with a VOIP phone number in USA where people can return a phone call.
If you can do about 10 hours per week that's great. If you have some personal things to do and need to do less one week that's OK. I'm flexible and this work isn't time critical. The important thing to me is you provide accurate information and are good at getting the right information.
